LandStudio360 celebrates our 8th year creating memorable spaces and lasting relationships as we continue our growth in a new Old Town Tustin office!
In 8 years we’ve scaled the office from its (literally) underground inception, to the converted back office above the Bagel Me! in Old Town Orange, to our current upstairs suite along the historic El Camino Real in the heart of Old Town Tustin. Each transition has generated additional opportunity for our team to continue to develop and expand, and elaborate upon and refine our identity and values.
The 333 office is triple the size of its predecessor and, though situated within the quaint brick façade and Ficus tree lined street of El Camino Real, inside we’ve broken down walls and exposed foundations to form a completely open studio floorplan with a hybrid modern industrial style emphasizing the firm’s open culture and appreciation for beauty in context and sense of place.
Old Town Tustin has flown under the radar for much of its history dating back to the late 1800s, but within its boundaries, our LandStudio360 team has discovered a slew of amazing locally owned shops and restaurants where you’ll find us out socializing for lunch or an afternoon happy hour. And within our first year of occupancy, we’ve already been witness to the sense of community and on-going (and upcoming) eclectic development the neighborhood has to offer.
We welcome everyone to swing on by and join us for a bite on the patio at Chaak, the Oaxacan counterpart to the famous Gabbi’s Mexican Kitchen, or Centro, an Italian eatery, winery, and micro-brewery. And for dessert walk down the shady main street to indulge in Cream Pan’s strawberry croissant, delicacy, or an authentic tiramisu from Claro’s Italian Market.
Welcome to Old Town Tustin and we hope to see you soon!
